Refund policy

Exchanges for another size:

We want you to be happy with the fit of your purchase. We will pay the shipping costs on any items being exchanged for a different size provided that desired size is available. 

Request for item exchanges should be sent to itsswice@yahoo.com for authorization within 14 days of purchase.

Customers will be billed for the exchanged item and a refund issued when the original  item is received.

The returned item must be received within 30 days of purchase.

Refunds:

Buyer is responsible for shipping costs for items authorized for return for a full refund.

Requests for item return should be sent to itsswice@yahoo.com for return authorization within 14 days of purchase.

Returns must be received no later than 30 days after purchase.

Refunds are issued after receipt of merchandise.

Free Local Returns:

Items can be returned for refund to our store inside The Mercantile at 7200 Camp Bowie Boulevard, Fort Worth, Tx 76116 for no shipping costs.
